What does your typical work day involve?
My current position as Field Engineer allows me to work as part of a team daily. It is a very rewarding career with Pennecon, as we all are working towards the same goal. Currently, I am working in a quality role to ensure we deliver the best product we can for our client.
What do you love most about your profession? Why did you choose this career?
I love problem solving and learning how to relate construction methods with business.

Outside of work I love to travel, cook, and am currently training to run a half marathon.

My Career has been very exciting and challenging during school and since graduation. I’ve had the opportunity to work on very large and significant construction projects for this province such as the Hebron Gravity Base Structure, Long Harbour Nickle Processing Plant, Muskrat Falls Project and the Soldier’s Pond Converter Station. During my school term, I also had the opportunity to travel outside the province to Nova Scotia and Manitoba to work on projects.
