STEMforGIRLS Youth Advisory Council Application Form

About the Program

STEMforGIRLS is launching its first-ever Youth Advisory Council (YAC)—a group of students from across the province who will meet via zoom throughout the year to share ideas, provide feedback, and help shape STEMforGIRLS programs and initiatives.

This is your chance to share your ideas, build leadership skills, connect with other youth across the province, and help shape the future of STEMforGIRLS programming.

We are looking for students entering Grades 7–12 in the 2026–2027 school year who are interested in STEM, leadership, and contributing their ideas. No prior experience is required—students from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Please note that participation in the Youth Advisory Council is limited, and applications will go through a selection process to help ensure a diverse and representative group of youth from across the province. Selected members will be expected to participate in meetings, contribute ideas, and act as ambassadors for STEMforGIRLS.

Deadline to submit: Monday June 22, 2026
