What do you love most about your profession? Why did you choose this career?

I love engineering, there are so many different fields you can work in with just one degree. I chose engineering because I loved math and I wanted a challenge.

Why do we need more women in STEM and Skilled Trades?

We need more women in STEM and Skilled Trades because women have so much to offer. There is nothing that we can not do. We are able to relate to others, we are organized and very good at multitasking.

What was the best advice you have been given?

You can do anything you want to do. Don't let any one tell you otherwise.

What would you be looking for during an interview for an entry level position?

I am looking for someone who is inquisitive and willing to try something new. Someone who is honest about what they know and don't know but willing to learn.
