Build a network! Get involved in things that interest you. Support each other and other women - lift and build each other up. Women are often the last to speak up for jobs and promotions, I think statistically they do not apply for jobs if they do not meet all of the qualifications. But realize that you have something unique to bring to the table - you. Close your eyes and what do you see? I bet it is a world filled with colour, light, shapes, and images. Well, that is what a graphic designer sees - a world full of endless potential & possibilities, full of colour and the ability to visualize and create, showcasing your vision to the world. For most people, a piece of paper (or white screen) is just that but as a graphic designer, you see it as a blank canvas with the limitless potential of images and visions that can help create and showcase to the world a true vision to inspire and motivate people, companies and the world around you. Oprah Winfrey Said, " Think like a queen. A queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another stepping stone to greatness". You can do anything that you set your mind to, set goals, and work on your vision board. Visualize your life, goals, dreams and successes as if they are already present. The sky's the limit. Your talents and abilities are unmatched simply by being uniquely you. I can not wait to see you all achieve your goals. I look forward to connecting with you on LinkedIn and congratulating you on your successes. Truly you are all unstoppable -
