Privacy Policy

STEMforGIRLS is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is kept safe. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you participate in our programs.

Purpose of Data Collection

STEMforGIRLS empowers girls across Newfoundland and Labrador to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and skilled trades. We provide career information, role models, and confidence-building activities to help girls discover their potential.

We collect basic information from participants, such as age, program participation, and feedback to improve our programs. This helps us understand what’s working well and where to improve. Our programs are free of charge, thanks to our generous sponsors, and we use the data to make sure the programs are as effective as possible.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will only use the data to improve our programs and report to our sponsors. We will never share your data without your permission.
