Founded in 1997 as the Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC), we have spent over 25 years advancing gender inclusion in trades, technology, and other high-growth sectors. Today, as Equiforce, we apply that expertise to the full breadth of workforce development, helping align workforce participation with industry needs.
Equiforce supports employers in creating environments where diversity can thrive through programs and training. We support and enhance that diverse workforce with initiatives such as STEMforGIRLS, and our career development programs.
