STEMforGIRLS provides hands-on learning and career exploration opportunities for girls in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
There are sixteen thousand girls in Junior High or High School in NL. We look to our partners to help us empower these students with the confidence-building experiences, career information, and community connections needed for successful futures in STEM.
STEMforGIRLS partnerships are customized with a variety of options to meet sponsors goals. Options include sponsoring in-school visits and worksite tours in areas near your operations, encouraging employer-supported volunteers to get involved in the program event days and in-school sessions, and monthly course highlights or STEM kit mailouts.
With your support and partnership, we can extend our STEMforGIRLS program reach to provide more girls with the information and resources required for a successful future in STEM.
